From the sky to the earth

My time in mountains came to end with pain in knees and feet from the that hard terrain on the slopes. But this was worth all the time i spent there :)

My next stop was Cluj Napoca it took me 3,5 hours with a blalbacar from Brasov, for those who don't know blablacar is a community of drivers who share they rides for money, usually cheaper that local bus or train so why not save some money?

I didn't have a place to stay in Cluj and my sim card was blocked by mistake by my phone operator so I asked driver to stop at Mcdonalds so that I could use wi-fi to find me a place to stay. When the phone get connection with internet my device explode of all messages, mails, notification and a bunch of updates. Absence of internet during my 3 days leaved blank my timeline which caused the phone to became wildphone. After approximate 20 minutes I answered all the messages, found the place to sleep; and found how to get to the hostel. Using Google offline maps I get there, not a problem in the end.

The spot cosy hostel

I loved this place right away when I entered the house, the warm creative decoration made my day. It felt like been at home or I just wished that my home was like that :)

I met here nice open minded people from different parts of the world with inspiring stories, sense of humor and who like hanging together. We cooked food together, hanging in the garden talking about everything and watched anime although not everybody knew what is anime. From the beginning I notice that some people are really close to each other by making jokes or pranks or just have good time together. I was wondering a lot about everybody so when we where at the table I asked if someone know somebody before, the answer was NO. Somehow you are more open when you meet new people and try to just have fun and don't create conflicts, at this point you forget about borders, culture, language, religion, politics in order to maintain unstrained atmosphere and feel good.

Salina Turda

I left the cosy place with all great memories to move forward or better to say to move downward towards darkness and coldness. I saw this salt mine on a video clip and already in that moment i realized that this place is awesome. Outside is hot and temperature is about 34°C on the entrance area people carrying jackets, I was confused and imagine my face when I saw this picture where people wearing all those jackets. The first I get in mind is: oh yeah it's gonna rain... but wait a minute, inside? really? :)
No no, off course no rain inside, just colder than outside, the temperature was round 10-12°C. The mine was like a scene from some sci-fi movie, enormous open space captured under earth almost unbelievable to imagine such a vast gallery.

In the main gallery the organizator managed to put inside a mini golf field a theater scene, snooker and ping pong tables even a Ferris wheel you can find there. In the second smaller gallery the water leaked thru cracks and formed a natural lake where you can take a boat for a ride.

For me this was worth to visit, I didn't rush the time and have admired the cave. I liked the bending lights from the walls that give you illusion as you where inside a ice cave.
